Plan your home upgrade

No documentsNo payment

Answer a few questions and pick your products. You don't need an account or any paperwork to see your numbers. Save your estimate with your email once you're happy with it.

Confirm your eligibility

This is the only step that needs paperwork. Set aside about 15 minutes and have these ready:

  • Proof of your eligibility: concession card details, or your evidence of income
  • A recent electricity bill, and your NMI
  • If you own your home: your council rates notice
  • If you rent: your rental agreement, and your landlord's details

Finalise your application

No documentsDeposit due

Once you've been approved and invited to complete your application:

  • Review your estimate, or amend it if you've changed your mind and want different products
  • Verify your identity and sign your discount agreement
  • Pay your deposit: $200 or 10% of your total customer contribution, whichever is greater

Progress to installation

Documents neededRemaining balance due

Forge Solutions will be in touch to book your Home Assessment. From there:

  • Your assessor confirms your selected products are suitable for your home
  • Your quote is finalised, and you sign your installation agreement
  • Pay your remaining balance, or apply for a zero interest loan to cover it
  • Forge Solutions will contact you to schedule your installation
